visicontrol proves once again that innovations and improvements are more important than ever these days. This time, our engineers have focussed on the hardware and successfully implemented one of our customers' many requests for a feed of significantly oversquare parts:
the stand-up module

The visiSort-T fulfils the requirement for very high inspection speeds and flexibility in the inspection scope, which is why the expansion of the inspection spectrum was most urgent here.
The set-up module is the link between separation (e.g. vibratory bowl feeder) and testing machine. This is where the magic of setting up components with an aspect ratio of footprint to height of up to 1:5 happens, at speeds of 250 parts per minute!
The new technology can now be added to new systems as an option or retrofitted to existing systems.
We have also thought of interchangeable elements so that the entire system can be converted to different components in the shortest possible time.
With the extended inspection spectrum of the visiSort-T, visicontrol once again creates added value, even for existing systems, and enables customers to react even more flexibly to inspection tasks from industry.
This further increases the reliability and flexibility of visicontrol's inspection and sorting systems.
